Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partner’s website. If you haven’t received tracking information within 2-3 business days, please contact us.

We deliver across Saudi Arabia via Aramex, typically within 3–5 business days. Shipping is a flat 40 SAR within the Kingdom and 90 SAR for international orders. Once your order ships you’ll receive tracking details. For any shipping questions, email us at info@lunology.shop.

We accept mada, Visa and Mastercard cards, in addition to Apple Pay, through our secure payment gateway.

Digital products are delivered instantly via email after purchase. You’ll receive a download link or access credentials to view your digital content. All digital products come with lifetime access and future updates.

Physical products can be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.

We offer various resources including journals, guides, and digital content that explain how to work with lunar phases. Our Lunar Phase Journal includes detailed instructions and prompts for each moon phase. You can also subscribe to our newsletter for monthly lunar insights.

While we don’t currently offer one-on-one consultations, we do provide comprehensive digital guides and resources. For specific questions or guidance, feel free to reach out to us via email or WhatsApp.

A pre-order lets you reserve a product before it is available. You pay the full price now through secure electronic payment, and we ship the item as soon as it arrives — usually within about 2 to 4 weeks of your order date. Pre-order items take longer than in-stock products, so if your cart also contains in-stock items, the whole order ships together once the pre-order item is ready; order the in-stock items separately if you need them sooner.
